Job summary

You will lead with guidance from the Shop Manager, oversee housekeeping and food safety, and participate in merchandising and execution of store initiatives to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in food & beverage is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform business math and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty during shifts and directs daily operations.
• Leads team to deliver fast, friendly service and drive sales.
• Maintains store standards and safety compliance.
• Ensures merchandising and display cleanliness.
• Coordinates with leadership for store initiatives.
• Oversees cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Manages tasks to meet performance goals.
