Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our management team. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, deliver guest satisfaction, and help drive daily restaurant operations.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. We offer competitive pay, benefits, training, and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Must have prior restaurant supervisory experience in high-volume fast-casual or quick-service.
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift standing or walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Assist management in the overall efficiency and operations of the restaurant.
• Maintain proper execution of product, training and team refinement.
• Build relationships with Guests and model hospitality.
