Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our management team. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, deliver guest satisfaction, and help drive daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior restaurant supervisory experience in high-volume fast-casual or quick-service.

Requirements

• Must have prior restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service restaurant
• Always willing to learn and is receptive to coaching.
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
• Will be required to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all parties
• Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor is the first level of management.
• Supervisors are responsible for assisting management in the overall efficiency and technical operations of the restaurant.
• Supervisors maintain proper execution of product, training and refinement of Team Members,
• Build relationships with Guests, handle Guest issues, and are a model of Hospitality.
• Teaches and practices the Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.
• Leads by example, is vocal and prepared.
• Maintains Cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment.
