Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to assist the management team with shift management and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. You will supervise stations, may open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager, and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities include ensuring recipe and ticket accuracy, maintaining speed of service, cleanliness, and proper cash handling. The role emphasizes teamwork, respect, and adherence to company policies, with growth opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 16+ years old.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience an asset.
• Hard-working and team-oriented.
• Friendly and honest with good customer skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise assigned stations for each shift and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately per tickets and recipes, with correct weights and measurements.
• Work at a pace to meet the restaurant's speed of service guidelines and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor dining room, restrooms, and overall facility cleanliness.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and cashiers adhere to policies.
• Address guest issues by consulting management for complex cases.
• Communicate performance and policy violations to management.
• Adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
