Chick-fil-A County Line Road is seeking a Team Leader/Supervisor to guide daily restaurant operations while creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting team development.

The role is ideal for dependable, energetic individuals who are passionate about leadership, hospitality, and servant leadership. You will open/close the restaurant, lead shifts, train teammates, and ensure high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs
• Train and support new team members while fostering a positive team culture
• Lead shifts, open and close the restaurant, and maintain operational standards
• Hold keys and assist with shift management responsibilities
• Count drawers and complete daily financial procedures accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and servant leadership
