Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a restaurant setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant by following the appropriate checklists.
• Ensure the profitability of the restaurant through sales, labor cost control and food waste management.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members.
• Ensure all Team Members adhere to rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members and guests.
• Assign daily tasks to Team Members and follow-up.
