Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years of age and legal ability to work locally.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of supervisory/lead or training experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Open and close the restaurant using proper checklists.
• Help drive restaurant profitability through labor, food costs, and sales.
• Model hospitality expectations and coach Team Members.
• Train and develop Team Members and Trainers.
• Ensure policies and safety rules are followed; maintain a safe environment.
• Assign daily tasks and follow up with Team Members.
