Hershey Lodge seeks a Full-Time Shift Coordinator to support guest service and hospitality standards. You will lead F&B training, manage inventory par levels, and assist in interviewing applicants while forecasting staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of high school or GED

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and support guest service and hospitality standards.
• Lead food and beverage training within the outlet; monitor and update procedures.
• Understand all F&B items offered: ingredients, allergens, methods of preparation and proper service.
• Order and maintain par levels of product inventory; adjust par to forecast as needed.
• Ensure proper cash control procedures are followed daily.
• Maintain all safety, health and sanitation standards.
• Ensure work and service areas are clean and organized; report maintenance needs.
• Cross train and support other F&B outlets.
• Control wage and supply costs; develop and maintain inventory controls.
