Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Post-Employment - Serv Safe & RAMP
• Completion of high school or GED

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest service and hospitality standards.
• Lead F&B training within the outlet and update procedures.
• Understand all F&B items offered: ingredients and allergens.
• Order and maintain par levels of product inventory; forecast as needed.
• Ensure proper cash control procedures are followed daily.
• Maintain safety, health and sanitation standards.
• Cross-train and support other F&B outlets.
• Assist outlet manager in interviewing potential applicants.
• Forecast business, schedule staff and prepare weekly payroll.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
