Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Training Coordinator, F&B, to develop, facilitate, and evaluate training programs for all part-time and seasonal staff in Food & Beverage and related operations.

The role covers onboarding, orientation, on-demand training, and leadership development, with opportunities to impact employee growth and service quality across the Entertainment Complex venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Training and Development.
• RAMP certification or ability to pass alcohol service class.
• ServSafe certification or ability to pass ServSafe Handler and ServSafe Allergen.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assessment and development of orientation and training materials.
• Facilitate assigned orientation and developmental training sessions.
• Track employee feedback to improve training programs.
• Audit procedures for food safety, sanitation, and guest interactions.
• Coordinate onboarding for volunteer and temporary staff to align with standards.
• Oversee onboarding and exit surveys and generate summaries.
• Track and renew required training certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
