Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Full-Time Sr Area Coordinator of Food & Beverage Experience for Hershey’s Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. This role emphasizes guest service excellence and leadership within the Food & Beverage team.

You will train staff, oversee merchandising and inventory, and ensure high standards for food safety and service. A rotating 40-hour schedule includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in high volume restaurant, hotel, or catering operation.
• Experience serving alcohol is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Role model and deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate Hershey Behaviors through motivation, inspiration, education, and communication
• Conduct training for new employees within a front of house food location on proper processes and service standards
• Support the Senior Assistant Supervisor team with tasks or operational needs
• Maintain merchandising standards and inventory levels in specific areas
• Support prep work for food and beverages offered within work stations
• Clean work stations and equipment according to SOP and schedules
• Complete daily temperature logs and proper food safety duties
• Assist with cashiering or stocking as needed
• Respond to guest concerns quickly with strong guest recovery and problem-solving
