Responsibilities

• Act as a floor supervisor for host(esses), waitstaff, server assistants, and bar area employees during shift.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards for front-of-house staff.
• Maintain guest service and hospitality standards by interacting with guests and supervising staff.
• Liaise with management by observing issues and reporting them for solutions.
• Assist in scheduling and timekeeping and cross-train with management.
• Conduct front-of-house training to model guest-friendly service.
