Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Food & Beverage experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Post-Employment - RAMP and ServSafe Manager Certifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a floor supervisor for front-of-house staff during shift and provide feedback to employees.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards for front-of-house staff.
• Maintain guest service and hospitality standards and perform regular table touches.
• Liaise with management by observing issues and reporting them for solutions.
• Assist manager with weekly scheduling and timekeeping; cross-train and observe management.
• Conduct food service and other training for front-of-house staff to set the example.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
