L'Oreal Operations in Dallas, TX is seeking a Supervisor for 1st shift to lead inbound, picking and shipping operations, ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals are met. You will maintain equipment and inventory accuracy while coaching a team of hourly associates.

The role requires 3+ years in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, experience with WMS (Manhattan preferred), and strong Microsoft Office skills. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with WMS; Manhattan experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; leadership experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
