Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Dallas distribution center. You will operate forklifts and other MHE to move materials, while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Physical Flows Supervisor, you will support inventory control, perform equipment inspections, and partner with teams to ensure accurate shipments. This role requires OSHA/MHE certification and full-time US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to meet OSHA and company forklift/MHE certification standards.
• Proficiency operating powered industrial equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other MHE to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist in maintaining tight inventory control and participate in physical inventories.
