Job summary

Candidates should have 2+ years of supervision and shipping/receiving experience, forklift exposure, and proficiency in Excel and Word. Flexible to work off shifts and uphold reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising experience.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience along with forklift operator experience.
• Flexibility to help with projects on off shifts when needed.
• Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat and clean warehouse to ensure safety for employees and visitors.
• Ensure product accuracy when loading, unloading, or transferring trailer loads.
• Complete certification sheets for each loaded trailer with proper rework identification.
• Ensure incoming materials meet GMP requirements for incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all products and trailers.
• Ensure trailers are inspected before loading.
• Keep shipping documents accurate and complete and accounted for.
• Reduce/damage and scrap where possible.
• Provide back up coverage to warehouse manager during absences or vacations.
