Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts. You will supervise team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness while delivering top-notch guest experiences.

You should have 1 year of full-service restaurant experience if possible, be 21+, and demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong communication. Flexible scheduling is required for opening/closing, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin品牌 standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Address guest interactions and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed by restaurant.
