Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Train and supervise team members; perform on-the-job leadership growth.
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, and safety throughout shifts.
