• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital - 1801 North Jackson Street, Tullahoma, TN 37388. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Twelve-hour shifts. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior management experience required. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Supervise activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
