Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for upcoming shifts.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
