• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Harper Hospital - 3990 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary, including rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior managerial, supervising, and customer service experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Act as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
