  • We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
  • Address: Henry Ford Warren - 11800 East Twelve Mile Road, Warren, MI 48093. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of the Teletracking System are preferred.
  • Perks: Willing to train!
  • Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Oversee activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
  • Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Serve as the contact for employee concerns or requests for time off.
  • Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal-setting and advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
