We have an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: 3M - 3833 Sala Way, Red Wing, MN 55066. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: 2 years of previous janitorial supervisor experience is required.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Act as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
