Job summary

SSC Services for Education is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead cleaning teams at Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools in Lewisville, NC. You will schedule staff, train workers, monitor performance, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity, with a Monday–Friday schedule and shifts 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM.

Additional duties include directing associates, maintaining policy adherence, and promoting a collaborative, safe work environment with growth

Qualifications

• Two to four years of supervisory and general cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location

Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools - 150 Lucy Lane, Lewisville, NC 27023. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full time schedules; Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

Requirement

Two to four years of supervisory and general cleaning experience is required.

Pay Range

$16.25 per hour to $17.25 per hour
