Job summary

SSC Services for Education is hiring immediately for a full time Shift Supervisor at Rogers Public Schools in Rogers, AR. You will direct associates on a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory, janitorial, and maintenance experience. You will train staff, create schedules, evaluate performance, and support continuous improvement. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Train staff and create work schedules.

• Support management with daily operations and mentorship for team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary:

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
