Job summary

SSC Services For Education is hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions at Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools, Lewisville, NC. Openings at other locations within the school district are available; online applications are accepted.

Schedules are full-time: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Two to four years of supervisory and general cleaning experience are required, with a pay range of $16.25–$17.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with cleaning operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure duties meet policy and procedure.
• Train and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance and address high or low performers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
