Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools at 150 Lucy Lane, Lewisville, NC 27023. The position offers full-time schedules: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM.

• We are hiring immediately for full timeSHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.


• Location: Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools - 150 Lucy Lane, Lewisville, NC 27023. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.


• Schedule: Full time schedules; Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)


• Requirement: Two to four years of supervisory and general cleaning experience is required.


• Pay Range: $16.25per hour to$17.25per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.


• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.


• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.


• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.


• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
