Job summary

SSC Services for Education, located at TAMU Grounds in College Station, TX, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct a team during a shift and ensure completion of duties in line with policy and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, be able to train and schedule staff, evaluate performance, and serve as the liaison for time-off requests while supporting operational goals with reliability and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior supervisory experience, with knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Ability to direct associates during a shift and ensure policy adherence.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: TAMU Grounds-600 Agronomy, College Station, TX 77843. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: 1 year of prior supervisory experience, with knowledge of tools and equipment required.
• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour.
