Job summary

SSC Services For Education is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at the TAMU PV Jn location in Prairie View, TX. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with potential openings at other district locations.

A minimum of 2 years in janitorial and 2 years in supervision is required, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits, training and growth opportunities, and the potential for same-day pay.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
