Unidine is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

• Location: Homestead Village - 1800 Village Circle, Lancaster, PA 17603.
• Schedule: Full-time, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, with varying days and rotating weekends. More details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food service and supervisory experience.

• Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while adhering to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those not meeting standards.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
