• Location: Atrium Health Union West - 1000 Healing Way, Matthews, NC 28104 (online applications accepted only)
• Schedule: Full-time, days and hours may vary, rotating weekends. Details provided during interview.
• Requirements: Prior retail and Starbucks experience preferred; willing to train.
• Pay Rate: $21.06 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Lead associate activities during a shift, ensuring responsibilities are completed according to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as a contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
