• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Safe Landing - 11460 South Normandie Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90044. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. AM and PM shifts available. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior culinary experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure standards.

Essential Duties:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
