Job Opening: Shift Supervisor

ESFM has an opening for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

Location: 3327 E Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057 Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; 6:00pm - 4:30am, Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday. More details upon interview.

Requirements: At least one year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or large facility.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage professional development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
