Job summary

Restaurant Associates is hiring a shift supervisor for the Delta One Lounge in East Boston, MA. The role directs associates during a specific shift, ensures policy and procedures are followed, and maintains quality and safety standards.

This is a full-time on-site position at 500 Terminal E, East Boston. Candidates should have prior fine dining experience and be capable of training staff, creating schedules, evaluating performance, and mentoring team members to foster growth.

Qualifications

• Fine dining experience required.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Managers with strong staff development skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are completed per policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline when standards are not met.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location & Schedule

Delta One Lounge – 500 Terminal E, East Boston, MA 02128. Full‑time; Monday through Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Compensation

Fixed Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentoring, developing employees and encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous fine dining experience is required. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
