Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Bon Appétit division is seeking a shift supervisor to direct associates during a given shift and ensure adherence to policy and quality standards. You will train staff, schedule work, monitor performance, and address employee requests or concerns.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
