Job summary

Papa John's International is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service while maintaining restaurant profitability. You will help execute company policies and ensure compliance with laws and ethical business practices.

You will oversee station operations, maintain product quality, assist in inventory management and ensure adequate shift coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Stable employment history is expected.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Maintains product quality, customer service and cost controls.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and minimizes customer complaints.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues.
• Manages cash and inventory in accordance with company policies.
