Job summary

Papa Johns International is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability. You will help manage operations, execute company policies, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.

You will also oversee shift coverage, maintain product quality and customer service, and help control costs and inventory using the company systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and performs duties including dough management, portioning and product preparation.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and handles customer needs while following policies.
