The ideal candidate has prior shift lead experience or strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights, weekends, and emergencies arise.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; performs duties at each station.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals and meets customer needs; follows policies and procedures.
• Exhibits core values and maintains a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains quality, service, and cleanliness within standards.
• Assists in inventory control and cash handling in line with company systems.
