Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining setting.
• Basic math for billing and POS transactions.
• RAMP and/or TIPS certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service to every Fan from greeting to farewell.
• Know menu well to explain options and promotions.
• Upsell and suggest menu items and specials.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and coordinate timing.
• Deliver orders and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clean station and adhere to safety policies.
