Primanti Bros. is seeking a part-time server in Cranberry Township, PA. You will provide attentive service, explain menu options, and upsell items while ensuring accuracy of orders in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Strong communication skills, friendly and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Completes and passes the RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm and friendly service from greeting to the end of the guest’s Primanti Bros. experience.
• Explains menu choices and informs guests of current promotions; answers questions.
• Upsells and promotes menu items and events.
• Accurately takes orders and enters them into the POS system in proper sequence.
• Maintains station cleanliness and completes opening/closing checklists; follows safety procedures.
