Primanti Bros is hiring Service Assistants to help ensure all food items served meet our iconic standards born in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. You’ll support the team in coordinating kitchen communications, bussing, and assisting fans with refills and service flow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Possesses proficient knowledge of the menu and communicates clearly with the Kitchen.
• Runs food from the Expo area quickly to tables or bar area.
• Assists Fans by clearing dishes, offering beverage refills, and bussing/cleaning tables.
• Ensures safety and sanitation policies are followed throughout the shift.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists and assists with cleaning tasks.
