Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Texas to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Youll help ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness while leading a team and supporting growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a focus on profitability and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity with ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest issues and optimize profits while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Lead and supervise peers; participate in on-the-job training for management tasks and leadership growth.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant demand.
