Red Robin is seeking a dynamic Shift Supervisor to help lead our team in our New York restaurant. You will manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness.

As a member of the leadership team, you will model our values, drive profitability, and mentor team members. The role may include responsibilities across other hourly roles as needed, with on-the-job training provided to grow into

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred
