Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a dynamic Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams across our New Jersey travel plaza network. You will ensure exceptional customer service, supervise team members, and uphold brand standards and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, POS operation, food handling, and training new staff while maintaining schedule flexibility and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and POS operations.
• Ensure proper food handling, stocking, dating, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain brand standards.
