Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shift teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards and food safety on site.

You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires standing for long periods and ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
