Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead store execution and customer service. You will support the Store Management team and, when managers are unavailable, guide staff to complete opening and closing procedures and maintain smooth operations.

The position offers a part-time schedule with a pay range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus benefits. Strong communication, problem solving, and flexibility for early morning, overnight and weekend shifts are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and ensure execution of tasks.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock and display merchandise according to planogram.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
