Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Papillion, NE. You will help manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management, acting as a Red Robin brand ambassador to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.

You’ll resolve guest interactions, uphold food quality and cleanliness, and may float to other hourly roles based on restaurant needs. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintains high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand equity to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Resolve guest interactions efficiently and drive product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Lead and supervise peers as part of the leadership team.
• May work in other hourly roles when staffing requires.
