Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead guest interactions, maintain cleanliness and quality, and train team members on responsibilities. This role may also cover other hourly duties as needed.

Candidates should be 21+, with restaurant experience and strong leadership, communication, and math skills. Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise peers and manage shift operations.
• Comfort with basic business math and scheduling.
