Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations with a focus on service, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will supervise team members across shifts, monitor labor and performance, and ensure food quality and sanitation standards are met.

You will train and coach staff, handle guest issues, manage opening and closing duties, take part in cash handling, temperature checks, and inventory tasks.
