Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant shifts, lead team members, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will train staff, monitor labor, and support opening/closing duties to maintain high service standards.

You will help maintain food quality and sanitation, handle cash and temperature checks, and resolve guest concerns while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fun work environment.

Qualifications

• Team player who works well with others.
• Positive energy with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to scheduled labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Perform opening and closing duties including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Work hands-on in all restaurant positions and be part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Follow the Six Service Standards and PLUS 1 to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate essential information to the management team and report issues to the General Manager.
